New! Service Recognition Program with O.C. Tanner
We’re proud to celebrate the dedication and milestones of our amazing employees through our Service Recognition Program, powered by partner company, O.C. Tanner. Employees will be recognized for reaching key service anniversaries, starting at 1 year, then every 5 years (5, 10, 15, etc.). Whether you’re celebrating your first year or your twentieth, your commitment matters, and we want to recognize it in a meaningful way. Please note: Any service milestones reached in the 2025 calendar year, even prior to this program launch, will be honored and credited. **Attached you’ll find an Allow List of email addresses that you could be receiving from O.C. Tanner. If an email comes to your junk mail from any of these addresses, you can safely move it to your inbox.
How the Program Works:
- 1-Year Anniversary: You’ll receive a Yearbook from O.C. Tanner (in the mail and via email) to mark your first year of service: a sincere thank you for reaching this important early milestone.
- 5-Year Milestones and Beyond: At every 5-year milestone (5, 10, 15, 20 years, etc.), you’ll receive a Yearbook from O.C. Tanner (in the mail and via email) along with access to O.C. Tanner’s platform to select a service award to be shipped directly to you!
For Managers:
As a manager, your message matters. You’ll be invited to contribute to your team member’s Yearbook and help others get involved.
What to expect:
- 45 Days Before Anniversary Month: You’ll receive an email inviting you to leave a personal message in the employee’s Digital Yearbook.
- 40 Days Before Anniversary Month: A reminder email will be sent if no message is submitted.
- Peer Invitation Step: You’ll be prompted to invite others; team members or coworkers to leave messages.
- 5 Days Before Anniversary: You’ll receive a presentation reminder to ensure you’re prepared to celebrate your employee’s milestone.

For Peers, Coworkers & Friends:
If you’ve worked closely with someone hitting a milestone, you may be invited to leave a message in their Yearbook! Visit www.iappreciate.com for help in leading a compelling presentation.
How it works:
- You’ll receive an email invitation once their manager adds your email address.
- Click the link to write a quick, meaningful note.
- You can also upload a fun photo or memory to make it extra personal.
For Award Recipients:
If you’re reaching a milestone in 2025, congratulations! Here’s what you can expect:
- You’ll receive an email with access to your Digital Yearbook, where you can:
- Read messages from your manager, peers, and others
- Add your own reflections and photos (optional)
- Invite others you’d like to hear from
- A physical Yearbook will be mailed to your home near your anniversary
- You’ll be able to choose your award online from a curated selection
- Reminder emails will be sent at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days after your anniversary if you haven’t yet selected your award
